We can agree reasonable hourly rates; a mix of fixed and variable rates according to the needs of the client.

Working With Insurers

Our team have a thorough knowledge of the services required by insurance companies. We recognise the need to identify and evaluate the insurer and insured's exposure on each and every claim at the earliest possible moment.

• We will accept instructions by telephone, fax, hard copy or e-mail.
• We will acknowledge receipt of instructions within 24 hours and contact the insured and/or broker promptly.
• We will agree a course of action with you in accordance with the specific needs of the claim being handled, and take such immediate action as necessary to protect your interests.
• Our report and case evaluation will deal with all aspects of the matter, including our views on liability, quantum, tactics and recommendations as to further enquiries; the merits and suggested reserve figures, to include the likely costs of the action.
• Disbursements incurred only with prior approval.
• We can also advise in connection with claims involving industrial disease, such as asbestosis and deafness.
• Representation of insured in Court proceedings, involving Health & Safety Executive prosecution, and in criminal proceedings.
• Representing your interest at Inquest before the Coroner's Court.
