The Government has now introduced 'Home Information Packs' which a seller must provide to any proposed purchaser. We can provide your HIP pack before you put your property on the market.

The 'Home Information Packs' will need to contain various legal documents such as:

• Copy Title Deeds
• An energy efficiency report to show how effectively your house is insulated
• Local authority searche

It is the seller who has to pay for the HIP.
