Rausa Mumford are specialists in all aspects of vehicle recovery legislation. In association with Auto-Rescue Logistics Ltd (ARL) we provide advice to insurers and large companies in all manner of disputes, to include the wrongful retention of vehicles, interpretation of the definitions under the regulations, 'roadside agreements' and issues over storage.

We are able to offer a unique service, as through ARL we have immediate access to technical support and advice from experienced technicians in the industry. During 2007 and 2008 we have been at the forefront of establishing key legal principles and precedents in this little known but complex area of the law, and we contribute to ARL's Insurance Forum hosted in Lloyds, which regularly meets to explore all matters relating to the vehicle recovery industry.

We also offer training workshops.
